We pride ourselves on the quality of our hats, and double check each hat before it is hand packed and on its way to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

Sometimes mistakes happen! If you believe you have received a faulty item please email us at hello@mumclubstore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item with your name, order number, and details of the fault including a photo. We will replace the faulty item free of charge, or provide a full refund.

Please note that if your return is not deemed to be faulty it will not qualify for a replacement or refund.

We do not offer exchange or refund for change of mind.

SALE & SAMPLE ITEMS

We do not offer returns on sale items or items purchased from our sample stock.

 COLOUR DISCLAIMER

We do our best to ensure that our online photographs are as true to colour as possible. However, due to inconsistencies in various monitors, lighting sources and dye lot variations we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen accurately portrays the true colour of the product. 

Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. 

 SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items are posted from Brisbane within 4 business days of purchase and we ship to all locations world wide. During sale periods we may have slight delays in shipping time.

 RETURN SHIPPING

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the buyers expense. 

Please obtain a tracking number on your return parcel, and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.
