Faulty Items
Sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you think your item is faulty, we’ll absolutely sort it. Please email us at hello@mumclubstore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with :

We’ll organise a replacement or refund for you, no stress.
Returns & Exchanges
At the moment, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Because each hat is worn close to the face, we’re unable to resell items once they’ve been tried on (hygiene reasons), and keeping this policy helps us avoid unnecessary waste and keep our pricing fair.

All of our hats are adjustable and sizing details are listed on each product page to help you choose confidently.

Colour Disclaimer
We do our best to show colours as accurately as possible, but they can appear slightly different depending on your screen or lighting (and sometimes, levels of sleep deprivation!).
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Brisbane within 2-3 business days.
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
During busy periods or launches, there may be slight delays and we appreciate your patience.
Return Shipping (for approved returns)
If a return is approved: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your receipt.
Please email us before sending anything back. We’re unable to process returns that haven’t been approved first.
